This is a translation provided for convenience. The Dutch version of these terms prevails.
1. About Finq
Finq is an online invoicing and records app for freelancers, offered by milsol B.V., located at Eglantierbaan 61, 2908 LV Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 98242903, VAT ID NL868413409B01). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You make sure your account details are correct and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Use
Finq is intended for your own business records. It is not permitted to use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the service or other users.
4. Costs
Finq is free to use. If paid extensions are added in the future, they are optional and we will clearly announce them in advance. Features you use for free will not silently become paid.
5. Your data
Your records remain yours. You can download a full export at any time. How we handle your data is described in the privacy statement.
6. Availability and backups
We do our best to keep Finq available and error-free at all times, but cannot guarantee it. Therefore, export your records regularly; the app can also do this automatically for you.
7. Liability
Finq is an aid for your records. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your records, invoices, and tax returns. To the extent permitted by law, milsol B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Finq.
8. Changes
We may change these terms and the service. For significant changes, we will let you know in advance. If you disagree with a change, you can close your account and export your data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
